Wingate Men's Tennis Shuts Out Lenoir-Rhyne, 9-0

L-R to host Carson-Newman on Sunday at Hickory High School beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Hickory, N.C. - The 26th-ranked Wingate Men's Tennis Team (4-3, 1-0) shut out Lenoir-Rhyne (0-2, 0-2), 9-0, Tuesday afternoon in the Bears' 2013 home opener at Hickory High School in a match between two league foes.

Lenoir-Rhyne remains at home to face South Atlantic Conference-foe Carson-Newman on Sunday at 12:30 p.m., at Hickory High School. Wingate nextplays at Belmont Abbey on Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
