Lilburn, Ga. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Women’s Basketball Team is ranked No. 24 in this week’s USA Today/ESPN NCAA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll. L-R, winners of four straight, moves back into the top 25 for the first time since early in the year.
Lenoir-Rhyne (17-6, 10-3) has taken over first place in the South Atlantic Conference standings and will next play on Saturday when the Bears travel to Salisbury, N.C., to face the Lady Indians of Catawba beginning at 2 p.m.
No. 22 Carson-Newman (19-4, 8-4) is the only other school in the league ranked in the top 25.
