Durham, N.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Track and Field Team, ranked second in the USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Southeast Region, wrapped up the 2010 season with a strong performance at the Duke Twilight Sunday at Wallace Wade Stadium. Sophomore Justin McCombs (Newton, N.C.), pictured here, finished fourth in the 400-meter run with a time of 48.51.

McCombs was also part of the 1,600-meter relay squad that placed second with a 3:23.71. Joining McCombs on the mile relay was freshmen Alex Brandt (Sanford, N.C.) and Caleb Kingery (Roanoke, Va.) and sophomore Dan Jones (Wrexham, WALES).

Meanwhile, sophomore Jakob Maidens (Lebanon, Va.) ran the 800-meter race in 2:00.17, good for 26th place, while Jones placed 15th in the 400-meter hurdles with a 57.52.

In distance, freshman Patrick Ryan (Fort Myers, Fla.) clocked a 15:55 in the 5K and finished 34th overall.
