While at the helm of the Bobcats, Morrill led Lees-McRae to a 27-11-3 mark. Morrill took the program to new heights in 2011, leading the Bobcats to a school-record 11-1 mark in conference play en route to the program’s first league title since 2000, finishing with an overall record of 13-5-3.

Under Morrill’s leadership, the Bobcats also captured the school’s first-ever conference tournament championship, securing a berth in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.

For her efforts, Morrill was named the Conference Carolinas Coach Of The Year, as the Bobcats placed seven players on the all-conference teams, including Freshman of the Year Meagan Thornton. Her squad also placed five members on the Conference Carolinas All-Tournament Team, along with the Tournament MVP Mary Dorn.

Morrill returns to L-R after spending three years as an Assistant Coach (2007-09) under Adrian Blewitt.  In 2009, Morrill helped guide the Bears to the finals of the Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Tournament.

Morrill, a 2007 graduate of Alabama, was a four-year starter for the Crimson Tide (2002-05) and was named team captain and earned the squad's Most Valuable Player honors as a senior in 2005. She earned a bachelor's degree from Alabama in exercise science and has received her Teaching Licensure from L-R as well.

The Sarasota, Florida, native is also the Head Coach of the 95' girls North Carolina Olympic Development Team and an Assistant Coach for the South Carolina's Women's Semi-Professional team, Central SC Cobras.
