Three Different Bears Score as LR Knocks Off Coker 3-0

Hickory, N.C.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Soccer Team bested the Coker Cobras 3-0 as three different Bears scored Thursday afternoon.

INSIDE THE MATCHUP:

STATS OF THE MATCH: 
  • The match started off with an early goal from Scarlett Kelly in the 5' off an assist from Stephanie Figueiredo putting LR up 1-0.
  • LR would score one more before halftime going up 2-0 off a delayed header from Sydney Wall assisted by Figueiredo.
  • The Bears outshot the Cobras in the first half 11-3.
  • The last goal would come in the 89' minute to close out the match for LR off a header from Gia Damianakos once again assisted by Figueiredo.
  • LR earned more corner kicks than Coker 8-4.
  • Grayson Cameron collected six saves on the match.
  • Coker led the game in fouls 7-3
