HICKORY, N.C. - A pair of second half goals within ten minutes of each other was the only scoring on Wednesday night in the Lenoir-Rhyne women's soccer home opener as the No. 11 Bears drew with North Greenville, 1-1. Freshman
Evan O'Leary scored her second goal of the season in her first collegiate start, and
Grayson Cameron made two game-saving saves to preserve the draw.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
- The Bears out-shot North Greenville 33-9, but only 7-6 with shots on goal.
- Seven Bears played all 110 minutes of the game.
- O'Leary led the Bears with five shots, three of them on goal. She has two of the three goals scored so far this season for LR.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
- There were two delays in the game, a 48-minute lightning delay in the middle of the 2nd half, and an 18-minute delay in the second overtime when the lights at the stadium went out.
- The Bears had several near misses in the game, including a couple by Kara Gavaghan, and one by Scarlett Kelly.
- LR has not lost in their last five games. The Bears' last loss came last season to Catawba on March 25.
