Men's Basketball comes up just short at nationally ranked Carson Newman

JOHNSON CITY, TN - Facing an experienced Carson-Newman team who already has five wins under their belt this season, the Bears fell 105-101 in a high scoring battle. Ziare Wells was a big spark off the bench, scoring 28 points on an efficient 8-17 from the field and 4-8 from three. 

This was Carson-Newman's closest game since their season opening loss against Lake Superior State, as they had won four straight by an average of 16.5 points.
