Biography

Senior (2020-21): Played in three games for LR and finished with 17 tackles (seven solo) and three tackles for loss . . . recorded 1.5 sacks and a pair of QB hits . . . forced a fumble against Wingate that was returned for a touchdown.

Junior (2019): Played in 13 games for LR and finished the year with 27 solo tackles, 30 assisted tackles and 57 total stops . . . was fourth on the team with 8.5 tackles for loss and was also fourth on the squad with five sacks . . . added five quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles . . . had a season-high 1.5 sacks against Carson-Newman in an NCAA Playoff game. 

Sophomore (2018): Limited to eight games played due to an injury . . . finished the campaign with 29 total tackles, including 10 solo . . . added a fumble recovery . . . had a season-high nine tackles in the season-opener at No. 12 West Alabama and followed that with seven tackles against North Greenville. 

Freshman (2017): Played in eight games for the Bears. Totaled 55 tackles for the season, 25 solo and 30 assisted. Had one interception for 5 yards.

High School: Attended McEachern High School. Lettered in football and produced 150 total tackles and 30 sacks in his senior campaign. Earned All-State, All-County, and Defensive Player of the Week accolades.

Personal: Quentin is from Powder Springs, Georgia. Born November 10, 1998, to Bo and Patricia Hayes.
