RS-Sophomore (2022): Named to the First Team All-Piedmont Division and Second Team All-Region . . . led the Bears with 75 total tackles. Had eight tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. Had a pair of interceptions and a fumble recovery. Had nine tackles in a regular season loss to eventual National Champion Ferris St. Had 15 tackles and 2.0 tackles for loss against Wingate. 

RS-Freshman (2021): Named Second Team All-Conference . . . played and started in eight games and finished third on the team with 49 total tackles . . . added four pass breakups, 1.5 sacks, a forced fumble and an interception . . . had an interception return for a touchdown, his first carer TD, in a win at Wingate which earned him SAC Defensive Player of the Week honors. . . had 10 total tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss against Barton . . . had 11 tackles and a sack with three pass breakups in a win over Mars Hill. 

Freshman (2020-21): Played and started in all four games as a true freshman . . . led the team with 34 total tackles and 19 solo stops . . . named SAC Defensive Player of the Week after his first game in a LR jersey . . . Maye led the Bears to a 27-20 overtime win over Newberry where he finished with a game-high 14 tackles, six solo stops, a tackle for loss and a QB hurry.
