After serving on the Lenoir-Rhyne Football coaching staff for 10 years, Aaron Brock was promoted to the position of Senior Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations in June 2019. 

In his role, Brock will serve as the CFO for athletics overseeing athletics budgets and business operations, overseeing and providing support to the office of compliance, heading up and overseeing club sports, assisting with athletic searches, serving as a sport administrator for a number of sports, supervising the broader strategic facilities and game day operations, and supporting all coaches/sports to address issues that arise day to day.

As a member of the football staff, Brock helped the Bears advance to a National Championship in 2013 and a spot in the National Quarterfinal in 2018. Brock’s position responsibilities over the years at Lenoir-Rhyne included Nickelbacks Coach (2016), Defensive Ends Coach (2014-15), Outside Linebackers (2010-13) and Assistant Offensive Line and Tight Ends Coach in 2009. In total, Brock helped to guide the Bears to five South Atlantic Conference Championships and four NCAA Playoff berths.

Brock came to Lenoir-Rhyne after serving as Athletic Director for Three Rivers Public Schools in Michigan for three years (2006-09).

Before Three Rivers, Brock was Associate Athletics Director for Alma College in Alma, Mich., from 2003 to 2006.  In addition to his administrative duties at Alma, Brock also served as the Defensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator (2002-06), Head Men's Track and Field Coach (2002-03) and Admissions Athletic Coordinator and Assistant Football Coach (1999-02).

While at Alma College, Brock coached nine defensive players to All-MIAA honors and one track and field athlete advanced to the NCAA Division III National Championship.  Three additional track athletes earned conference championships and three more garnered all-league accolades.

Previous coaching stops include Cheyney (Pa.) Univ. (1999), a prior stint at Alma (1997-99) and St. Louis (1996) and Boyne City (Mich.) High Schools (1994).

Brock earned his bachelor of arts in exercise and health science in 1997 from Alma College and master's degree from Lenoir-Rhyne in 2012.  Brock and his wife, Amy, have three children:  Maggie, Andy and River.
