Jawan Turner is beginning his second year as a Graduate Assistant for Lenoir-Rhyne in 2018. Turner will once again work with the outside linebackers this year.
Turner came to Lenoir-Rhyne after graduating from California (Pa.) this past May.
Turner lettered four seasons with the Vulcans and was a three-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference honoree, a two-time all-region selection and an honorable mention All-American.
Turner was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and graduated from Woodland Hills High School.Â
Turner is working on his master’s degree in leadership at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
