Nick Rosen

Nick Rosen joined the staff in March 2023 and is responsible for coaching the tight ends as well as video coordination. 

In 2023, Rosen helped the Bears to a 13-2 record and a SAC Championship as well as a Super Region 2 title. The Bears advanced to the National Semifinal game. Rosen coached All-Conference TE John Godwin who was the first LR tight end to be named All-Conference since 2019. Godwin finished the year with 19 catches for 152 yards and three touchdowns. Offensively, averaged 37.73 PPG and 438.5 Yards Per Game (235.33 Passing and 203.2 Rushing), finishing 19th in the country in total offense, 21st in rushing offense and 34th in passing offense. The tight end room produced 38 catches for 327 yards and eight touchdowns in 2023 and finished with a GPA of 3.66 for the fall semester. 

Rosen joined the Bears after serving one year as an offensive graduate assistant at Youngstown State University. In his role, Rosen oversaw the offensive line and tight ends position groups. Outside of his on-field duties, he also was assigned with administrative, gameday and recruiting tasks.

Before his transition into a graduate assistant position, Rosen was a member of the Youngstown football program as a player in 2021. He also played five seasons at Lehigh University while earning the title as team captain in 2019 and 2020.

In between his playing and coaching stints at Youngstown State, Rosen held an offensive quality control role at Towson University where he worked with the offensive line group.
