RS-Freshman (2017): Played in 10 games for the Bears. Recorded 40 tackles, including 30 solo and 10 assisted. Totaled two interceptions for 19 yards. 

Freshman (2016):  Redshirt.

High School: Attended Lee County High School. Lettered in football for three years and two years in track and basketball. Career football stats include 2,000 yards passing, 900 receiving yards, 1,000 rushing yards, two INT’s, 28 TD’s and 79 tackles. Was a back-to-back All-Conference and Academic All-Conference selection. Was team MVP.

Personal: Duane is from Sanford, North Carolina. Born June 18, 1997, to Thomas and Nikia Bland.
