Biography

RS-Junior (2022): Played in nine games and started all nine for the Bears . Finished fifth on the team with 43 total tackles and had two pass breakups a forced fumble and an interception. Both the forced fumble and interception came in a season-opening win over Virginia St. wher ehe finished with 13 total tackles. 

RS-Junior (2021): Did not play.

Junior (2020-21): Played in a pair of games for the Bears and finished with five total tackles and one tackle for loss . . . added a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. 

Sophomore (2019): Played in all 14 games for LR and stepped in for an injured Kyle Dugger to start at safety for the final seven games . . . finished with 31 total tackles, 27 of them being solo stops . . . had two pass breakups.

Freshman (2018): Played in 13 games for the Bears . . . finished with 26 total tackles, including 14 solo stops . . . recorded a quarterback hurry and added a forced fumble.

High School: Attended Griffin HS.

Personal: Malik is from Griffin, Georgia.
