Junior (2019-20): Scored in double figures in all but one game on the season and was named First Team All-South Atlantic Conference and NABC Second Team All-District . . . entered the 2020-21 season just 83 points shy of 1,000 for his career . . . went for a career-high 36 points and went 15-of-26 from the field in a win over Clayton State . . . earned one South Atlantic Conference Player of the Week award . . . finished third in the league in scoring at 19.6 points per game . . . had five double-doubles on the year.


Sophomore (2018-19): Played in 30 games, starting 29 times . . . was third on the squad with 9.8 points per game and added 2.9 rebounds per game . . . averaged 22.5 minutes per game . . . scored a career-high 29 points and played 41 minutes in an overtime win over Livingstone . . . shot 10-for-14 from the field and hit all four of his three point attempts in that game . . . had 13 games in which he scored in double figures and five games with 17 or more points . . . added a pair of 8-rebound games. 

Freshman (2017-18): Played in 19 games for the Bears including five starts…R.J. average four points per game…had 10 assists…had eight steals…averaged 11.8 minutes per game…posted a season high in points in the 80-49 loss against King with 11…posted a season high in minutes in the 80-49 loss against King with 21.

High School: Attended Irmo High where he participated in basketball...received All State honors twice and All Region...was a key member of the 2016 State-Runner Up team.
