Event: Sprint freestyle

Junior (2017-2018): Went personal-best times in the 50-yard freestyle (26.21) and the 200-yard freestyle (2:04.73).

Sophomore (2016-2017): Went personal-best times in the 50-yard freestyle (27.54), 100-yard freestyle (58.03), 200-yard freestyle (2:05.90), and the 500-yard freestyle (5:40.17).

Freshman (2015-2016): Did not compete.

High School: Homeschooled. Lettered in swimming.

Personal: Grace is from Newton, North Carolina. Born October 26, 1996, to Matthew and Jennifer Lancaster.
