Carley Canzoneri joined the Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Soccer Coaching Staff as an Assistant Coach in the Summer of 2024.
Canzoneri comes to Lenoir-Rhyne after recently serving as the graduate assistant at Columbus State University. In the Cougars athletic department, she helped with both the women's soccer program and the general day-to-day operations. During her four prior years in Columbus, Canzoneri was a student-athlete with the women's soccer program. Canzoneri was a three-time-all-conference and all-region member in addition to being named a first team All-American in 2021.
Canzoneri was a part of several successful seasons at Columbus State. During her career, the Cougars made an appearance in the final four during the 2022 NCAA Tournament. Additionally, Columbus State won the 2023 Peach Belt Tournament including the 2021 and 2022 Peach Belt Regular Season Championships.
Off the field, Carley was an accomplished student as she won the 2022 Elite 90 Award with the highest GPA of all women's soccer players competing in the Division ll Championships.
Canzoneri graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Spring of 2023 and graduated with a Master of Business Administration in the Summer of 2024. Canzoneri is from Suwanee, Georgia and she is one of five sisters,
