Cade Socha

Cade Socha joined the Lenoir-Rhyne Football coaching staff as a Tight Ends Coach prior to the 2025 season. 

During Socha's first year in Hickory the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears went 6-5 and 5-4 in conference play. Starting tight end Tate O'Bryan ranked fourth on the team and set a new career high with 271 receiving yards and three touchdowns. O'Bryan was Lenoir-Rhyne football's SAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year nominee.

From 2022-24 Socha was an Offensive Analyst for for the University of Hawaii, working his way up to Pass Game Coordinator / Quarterbacks Coach. 

Prior to his time with the Rainbows Socha was a wide receivers graduate assistant at the University of Nevada (2021), a student assistant at Keiser (2020), and a defensive intern at San Diego (2020). While at Keiser he helped them advance to the NAIA Football Championship semi-finals and a second consecutive conference championship in 2020.

A wide receiver at Keiser, he tallied 14 receptions for 125 yards and touchdown during his two-year career, playing in 20 games.
