Lenoir-Rhyne University Athletics

Joshua Ring took over as the Faculty Athletics Representative following the 2022-23 athletic season. 

Ring started his role as associate professor of chemistry in 2008. In 2011, Ring received the Raymond Morris Bost Distinguished Professor, given annually to honor an LR faculty member for outstanding teaching and mentorship. In 2016, he received the Student Government Association Award for his significant contribution to the well-being of the student body.
