Kirsten Kirschbaum joined the Lenoir-Rhyne staff as the Assistant Director of Marketing in the Spring of 2024.
She comes to LR after spending four years working in the athletic department as a student-worker at UNC Pembroke. There, she helped the Braves' athletic department win NACMA gold medals in Affinity Group Marketing for their "Scouts Weekend" promotion for baseball, and in Student Engagement for their "PAC the Stadium Kickoff" event for football. Kirschbaum was named to the Conference Carolinas All-Conference Student Support Team in 2022 and was a part of the UNC Pembroke team that won NACMA Marketing Team of the Year in 2023. In addition to those honors, she helped the Braves to the highest basketball attendance in the Conference Carolinas for three straight seasons.
Originally from Middletown, New York, Kirschbaum graduated from UNC Pembroke in the Spring of 2023 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is the daughter of Rachelle Prezioso and currently resides in Hickory.
