Shayna Skonieczki joined the Bears Club in 2022 as the Special Events Assistant, was elevated to Assistant Director of the Bears Club in 2023, and promoted to Associate Director of the Bears Club in 2026.
Skonieczki oversees and organizes all Bears Club fundraising initiatives and events, including the Annual Social, the Silent Auction, and the Spring Raffle/BeaRaPaLooZa. She also manages sport-specific events and team fundraising initiatives. On game days, LR fans find Shayna in the Bears Club pavilion, where she leads hospitality efforts in conjunction with home football and basketball games.
Before joining LR, Shayna worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Aleron, a Buffalo-based Workforce Solutions company. She and her family moved to Hickory in August of 2019. Her husband, Adam, serves as the Head Baseball Coach at LR, and together they are raising their two children, Isla and Cash.
