Shayna Skonieczki joined the Bears Club in the Fall 2022 as the Special Events Assistant and was promoted to Assistant Director of the Bears Club in August of 2023. In her current role, Shayna oversees and organizes all Bears Club fundraising initiatives and events, including the Annual Dinner, the Silent Auction, and the Spring Raffle/BeaRaPaLooZa. She also manages sport-specific events and giving. On game days, LR fans find Shayna in the Bears Club pavilion, where she leads hospitality efforts during football and basketball games.
Before joining LR, Shayna worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Aleron, a Buffalo-based Workforce Solutions company. She and her family moved to Hickory in August of 2019. Her husband, Adam, serves as the Head Baseball Coach at LR, and together they are raising their two children, Isla and Cash.
