Tomas Pollacchi joined the Lenoir-Rhyne coaching staff in the Fall of 2025.
During his lone season on the Bears' staff he helped coach six All-Conference honorees and an Academic All-American. The Bears finished the season with an 8-5-4 record and advanced to the SAC Tournament Championship game.
Pollacchi has experience coaching across youth, high school, collegiate, and semi-professional environments across the United Stats and South America. He brings a centered approach focused on long-term athlete development, structured training methodology, and high performance standards.
As a player Pollacchi has experience at the NJCAA, NCAA, and Semi-Pro levels. Most recently he played for Hickory FC and was a key piece on their NPSL National Championship team.
Pollacchi joined the Bears following a successful stint as a player at Emmanuel University (GA). He played in 44 games over three years with the Lions, starting in 37 of those contests. A team captain, he totaled 52 points (19g, 14a) and posted three game winners. Prior to his time in Georgia he played at Iowa Central Community College from January 2021 - May 2022.
Pollacchi hails from Buenos Aries, Argentina.
