Harrogate, Tenn. – The Lincoln Memorial Men's Basketball Team (5-2, 1-1), ranked No. 23 in NCAA Division II, handed Lenoir-Rhyne (2-4, 1-2) a 91-50 loss Wednesday night in a South Atlantic Conference game at Tex Turner Arena.
The Railsplitters were led by Luquon Choice (Laurens, S.C.) with a game-high 29 points while Trevon Shaw (St. Helena Island, S.C.) added 12 points off the bench as Lincoln Memorial defeated Lenoir-Rhyne for the 14th consecutive time.

Jalen Variste (Baton Rouge, La.) and junior guard
Jarvis Calhoun (Birmingham, Ala.) added nine points each in the loss.
Lincoln Memorial held a 15-point advantage at halftime – 45-30 – then broke the game open to start the second half with a 13-2 run over the first three minutes.
The Railsplitters held the Bears to just 34 percent shooting (19-of-56) for the contest and forced 14 turnovers. Lincoln Memorial, on the other hand, hit 50 percent (33-of-66) of its shots including 13 three-pointers.
Lenoir-Rhyne came into the contest averaging over 12 three-pointers per game but hit just four treys on the night.
Lenoir-Rhyne returns home to face Brevard in a South Atlantic Conference game Saturday afternoon beginning at 4:00 p.m., at Shuford Memorial Gymnasium. Lincoln Memorial, meanwhile, hosts league-foe Coker on Saturday at 4:00 p.m., as well.
