Bristol, Tenn. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Basketball Team (4-7) fell to King (8-4) by an 80-49 score on Tuesday evening at the Student Center Complex in a non-conference, regional affair. The Tornado defeated the Bears for the second time this year.

STATS OF THE GAME:
• Freshman guard
R.J. Gunn (Irmo, S.C.) led the Bears with a career-high 11 points. Gunn also pulled down a team-high five boards. Senior guard
Branford Rogers (Alexandria, Va.) added seven points for the Bears.
• The Tornado were led by Jordan Floyd (Stone Mountain, Ga.) with a game-high 27 points while Mack Owens (Abingdon, Va.) added 18 points as King raced to a 49-23 halftime lead and never looked back. Floyd also hit seven treys on the evening.
• Lenoir-Rhyne was held to just 29 percent shooting (18-of-62) for the game including just four three-pointers in 24 attempts in the setback.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
• Lenoir-Rhyne, with a 3-1 record at home, returns home to play its next three games in the friendly confines of Shuford Memorial Gymnasium.
