Winter Park, Fla. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Lacrosse Team (9-6) fell to No. 5 Rollins (12-3), 11-5, Sunday afternoon at Barker Family Stadium.
The Tars, who jumped out to a 4-0 advantage 12 minutes into the contest, were led by Kallie German (Centreville, Md.) with a game-high four goals in the victory.

Torrey Schwitkis (San Diego, Calif.) and sophomore attacker
Gabby Sousa (Delran, N.J.) both scored twice but the Bears suffered their third straight setback. Sousa now has a team-leading 39 goals on the year.
Schwitkis scored at the 26:51 mark of the second half to cut the margin to 7-4 but the Tars responded with three straight goals to take control. Rollins held the advantage in both shots taken (27-17) and ground balls (17-12) as well.

Ines Flueck (Coppell, Texas) took the loss despite tallying 12 saves on the afternoon.
Lenoir-Rhyne remains on the road to take on Saint Leo in Saint Leo, Fla., on Tuesday beginning at 3:00 p.m., while Rollins hosts Florida Tech Thursday night at 7:00 p.m.
