Hickory, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne University Men's Tennis Team (1-1) lost to the No. 1-ranked team in NAIA, Georgia Gwinnett (1-0), by a 9-0 score Sunday afternoon at the Lake Hickory Country Club.
The Grizzlies have won 56 straight matches and are the four-time defending NAIA National Champions.
Lenoir-Rhyne hosts Johnson C. Smith (9:00 a.m.) and Brevard (4:00 p.m.) on Saturday, September 23, at Hickory High School while Georgia Gwinnett hosts Tusculum on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.
