Charlotte, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte Women's Soccer Team (5-2-1, 3-2) shut out Lenoir-Rhyne (5-3-1, 1-2-1), 2-0, Saturday evening at Dickson Field.
The Royals received goals from Elizabeth Phan (Guilford, ENGLAND) off a free kick from Alyssa Bosak (Charleston, S.C.) and Emma Rose Stockton (Spring, Texas) in each half in the 41st and 80th minutes, respectively. Queens also held an 11-8 edge in shots taken in the victory as well.

Alayna Morris (Westminster, Md.) suffered the setback in goal despite totaling six saves on the evening.
Lenoir-Rhyne returns home to take on Mars Hill in a conference match at the Moretz Sports – Athletic Complex Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Queens takes on Catawba in Salisbury, N.C., on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
