CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball Team completed an improbable comeback to steal a victory over Queens on Saturday afternoon. The Bears trailed 2-1 in the fourth set and the Royals led 17-12 but LR wouldn't give in and came away with a crucial SAC victory.

STATS OF THE MATCH:

Taylor Prall had a career-best afternoon as the sophomore tallied 22 kills and 18 digs both mark career-highs for the reigning SAC Freshman of the Year.

Angelica Arroyo also recorded career-highs in kills and digs. Arroyo netted 21 kills and 20 digs on the afternoon.

Ashley Hawkins recorded a career-high in digs, putting up 41, topping her previous high of 28.

Helen Hamilton handed out 50 assists, her second-best total of the season. Against UNC Pembroke, Hamilton recorded 59 helpers.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
• The Bears are a perfect 4-0 on the season in games that go five sets. The Bears have gone the distance against UNC Pembroke, Mars Hill and both games against Queens.
• This marked the second of a five-match road trip for the Bears who are 4-5 on the road this season.
