HICKORY, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Basketball Team returned to the court after Holiday break with a home battle against the Limestone Saints but fell inside of Shuford Gymnasium after a fourth quarter comeback falls short, 77-73, on Saturday afternoon.

STATS OF THE GAME:
•    Four different Bears put up double-digit scoring efforts: 
Madi Suddreth (16 points), 
Hanna McClung (14 points), 
Madeline Hardy (13 points) and 
Kennedy Weigt (11 points).
•    The Saints were extremely efficient in their shooting from the floor, hitting on 53.7 percent of their shots taken for the game. The Bears shot just 38.2 percent in the contest.
•    Lenoir-Rhyne was impressive off the bench today, putting in 36 points in that category while the Saints only scored 28.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
•    Today Weigt put up her season-high in scoring with 11 and McClung scored 14, her second-highest output of the 2018-19 campaign.
•    Hardy has caught fire as of late and scored in double digits in each of the last three contests.
•    Lenoir-Rhyne remains strong in their nonconference record with an impressive 5-3 mark on the season.
