HICKORY, N.C. - Lenoir-Rhyne officials have announced that the football home opener against Mars Hill has been moved up to 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 13 due to the impending weather forecast this weekend. The game was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday at 6 p.m.

The scheduled promotions of fireworks and "Neill McGeachy Night" have been moved to Sept. 29.
