CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  For the 15th time in the last 16 matchups, the Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Basketball Team defeated Queens. The Bears held on by a final score of 75-72 despite a comeback attempt from the hosts that saw a 15-point LR lead cut to two in the fourth quarter. The win was the eighth straight road win over Queens for the Bears since 2007-08 as Madi Suddreth sank two free throws with 10 seconds to play to ice the victory.

STATS OF THE GAME:
•    Suddreth finished with a game-high 20 points  on 7-of-13 shooting. The senior has topped the 20 point mark five times so far this season.
•    The duo of Allie Wagner and Tatum McBride each posted season-high scoring efforts. Wagner scored 10 points and missed just two shots and McBride came off the bench to score seven points and add five assists and three rebounds. 
•    Madeline Hardy scored 19 points for the Bears and went 6-for-9 from the floor and 7-of-9 from the free throw line. The freshman added seven boards. 
•    Kristian Eanes led the Royals with 18 points on 8-of-15 shooting. The Royals shot just 42.6 percent from the field and 26.7 percent from long range. 

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
•    With her two 3-pointers made tonight, Kennedy Weight has now hit multiple threes in six straight games. 
•    The Bears, who lead the nation in free throw shooting percentage, went 19-27 in this one.
