HILTON HEAD, S.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Tennis Team earned its fifth straight win on Friday night, topping Erskine by a final score of 7-0. The match was delayed due to rain but turned out to be a one-sided affair.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Bears earned the doubles point with a clean sweep albeit tightly contested. The Bears earned wins by tallies of 6-4, 6-3 and 6-3.
Marta Escanero earned a hard-fought victory in first singles, outlasting Erskine's top player. Escanero took the first set 7-6 but dropped set two 7-5. The senior would rally in the third set tiebreaker in dominating fashion 10-1.

Emily Murchland grabbed single-set wins and
Gemma Southwick and and
Ally Garofoli earned straight set victories.
