HARTSVILLE, S.C.– After moving up from No. 48 to No. 37 in the national rankings, the Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Tennis team dropped a difficult 4-3 decision at Coker on Wednesday afternoon. The loss ended LR's modest two game winning streak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Bears took the doubles point today, earning wins in the number one and three spots.
Hamed Gandouz and
Shane O'Dea took a 6-4 victory in the first line and
Lewis Scott and
Alex Ayguavives earned a 6-3 win in the third spot.
In singles action,
Paul Lenz earned a 6-4, 6-4 win in sixth singles to give the Bears a 2-0 advantage. A win in second singles cut the lead to 2-1 but O'Dea's 7-6, 6-2 put LR one win away from a clinching win. However, the Cobras were win in first, fifth and clinched with a 6-2, 3-6, 4-6 victory in third singles to steal the victory.
