Shannon Hudson finally got to coach her first career match at LR and earned the victory.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
- Taylor Prall led the Bears with 13 kills and Ashley Hawkins and Colette Romp each added seven. For Hawkins, it was her first career start at outside hitter after playing her first two seasons as a libero.
- Helen Hamilton dished out 19 assists in the match and added a pair of kills
- Rachel Bewick and Anna Jordan each finished with 13 digs on the evening
- Braelyn Faust added four total blocks for LR and a pair of kills
- LR hit .192 as a team compared to just .111 for the visitors
- Tusculum was led by eight kills each from Peyton Gash and Emiah Burrowes. Burrowes added 11 digs.
BEYOND THEÂ BOXSCORE:
- Tusculum swept the season series a year ago and had won three straight against Lenoir-Rhyne
- Tusculum still owns the all-time series between the two programs 31-22
- With her 13 kills, Prall is now 41 away for 1,000 on her career. The senior added 12 digs for a double-double.
- Dating back to 2019, each of the Bears last five wins have been sweeps
