STATS OF GAME:
  • Coker's Jackson Williams got the Cobras on the board first with a two-run homerun in the second. • Coker's Aaron Mitchell (3-0) went eight innings to get the win for Coker allowing only the one run.
  • Joshua Lanham came in relief for the Bears and threw six innings, only giving up two hits and struck out eleven Cobras.
  • Drue Galassi got the Bears on the board with a solo shot to lead off the bottom of the 8th.
  • Bears rally came up a little short in the 9th. Bryce Stober's RBI single got the Bears within 4-2 with the tying runs on base with one out but Cobras retired Wade Cuda and Galassi to end the game.
