Anthony Porrino hit a grand slam,
Drew Yniesta had three hits,
Hogan Stallings hit a three-run homer and Lenoir-Rhyne Baseball won its 9th straight game 12-5 over USC Aiken on Tuesday afternoon. The Bears tie the program record with its 35th win, breaking a record that's stood since 2007.

STATS AND INFO
- Yniesta got things rolling with an RBI triple in the 3rd scoring, Erick Ramirez. Nick Clarno then followed that up with an RBI single to make it a 2-0 ballgame.
- Aiken got a run in the bottom of the 3rd, and then Porrino mashed a grand slam in the 5th, his 8th homer of the year and team-leading 51st RBI.
- Ramirez scored on a fielding error by Aiken in the 6th to make it 7-3, and then Porrino added another RBI after that to make it 8-3.
- Porrino wasn't finished yet, doubling in Clarno in the 8th. At that point, the game was 9-4.
- Stallings hit his 2nd homer of the month in a pinch hit role in the 9th to round out the scoring at 12-5.
- Braden Houston got the win, pitching a scoreless 5th inning to improve to 3-0 this year.
- Joey Cobb started and pitched four innings, giving up five hits and three earned runs.
- Houston, Michael Allen and Jackson Reid all had scoreless outings out of the pen for the Bears.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- LR's .833 winning percentage is the best in program history. 35 wins tied the program record.
- Porrino's 51 RBIs is 2nd in the SAC. This was the third time this year a Bear had 6+ RBIs in a game.
- Yniesta has driven in at least one run in six straight games.
- The LR bullpen improves to 11-2 this season.
