EMORY, VA - The Lenoir-Rhyne volleyball team completed the season sweep of Emory & Henry on Tuesday night, taking down the Wasps 3-0. Averie Dale couldn't be stopped, leading the team with 10 kills and six blocks.

• The opening set was tied 11-11 early on.
• Three straight attack errors from the Wasps led to an 8-2 Bears run.
• LR scored six of the final seven points to take set one.

• Averie Dale notched three straight blocks to close out a 7-1 LR run.
• A Brooke Aeschliman kill closed out the set for the Bears.

• Averie Dale led the team with 10 kills, followed by Jenna Vogen (9) and Brooke Aeschliman (8).

UP NEXT: The Bears will head to Greeneville, Tennessee, on Friday to take on Tusculum in the final game of the regular season. Having already locked up a top-four seed in the SAC tournament, the Bears will host a SAC Quarterfinal game next week Tuesday. Friday's game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
