Hickory, N.C.--. Lauren Rakes and Lani Warren each hit two homeruns on the day as LR swept Lincoln Memorial via mercy rule in both games. Warren finished game two 3-3 with 2 homeruns and 7 RBIs. Rakes and Madison Wilson picked up wins in the circle as the Bears hit five home runs on the day. Bears came into the day 6th in NCAA Division II in homeruns.

- Rakes was the story of the game again just like on Friday, Rakes hit two home runs and also picked up the win in the circle.
- Rakes hit a two run homerun in the 3rd and a solo shot in the 5th inning.
- Katelyn Rackard had a pair of RBI doubles in her three hit, three RBI day.
- Rackard's second double in the 5th inning ended the game via the mercy rule as LR takes game one 9-1.
- Bears pounded out thirteen hits including six extra base hits.
- Rakes struck out ten and only allowed one earned run for win number 16.
GAME TWO INFO:
- Warren got the Bears on the board early with her first homerun a three-run shot in the bottom of the 1st.
- After the teams traded a run, Julia Mardigian had a RBI double then Warren two batters later hit her second home run of the day, a grand slam. Warren finished 3-3 with 7 RBIs.
- Madison Primm then connected on a three-run home run of her own later in the inning.
- Faith Carrigan give up a run in the 5th but the Bears had a 12-2 to finish the game via mercy rule for the second time today.
- Wilson threw the first three innings to get the win allowing just one run.

- Rakes moves into 5th place all-time in homerun in program history with her 36th career long ball.
- Talon LaClair had 10 RBIs in a game against LMU last year.
