HICKORY, NC - The #11 ranked Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Soccer team defeated rival Wingate 1-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Moretz Sports Athletic Complex. With the win, the Bears remain undefeated in the SAC and throughout the early part of the season.
Vivien Becker Peralta got the game's only goal in the 32nd minute off a corner kick from
Evan O'Leary. The Bears will remain at home and will welcome Anderson to Hickory on Wednesday evening.
