  • Mackenzie Wainwright and Owen Blackledge scored in the bottom of the seventh, giving the Bears their final runs.

UP NEXT: The NCAA selection show will take place on ncaa.com tomorrow night at 10:30 p.m. The Bears were ranked #2 in the most recent NCAA Southeast Regional Poll. The top two seeds of the regional will each host a four-team pod, with the winners of those pods facing off in a super regional. Catawba was the #1 seed heading into this weekend and will more than likely hold that title heading into tomorrow night's show.
