HICKORY, NC - Head Coach Sam Clarke and the Lenoir-Rhyne Men's and Women's Tennis teams had eight individuals named to the Academic All-District Team, four on the men's side and four on the women. 

The women's team was represented by Runa Muderrisoglu, Alexa Allison, Nellie Wahlberg, and Claudia Orsini. The men were represented by Zachary Cox, Nevio Dux, Rufus Plane, and Vadym Rogynskyi. 

To achieve CSC Academic All-District status an individual has to have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA while playing in 90% of a team's matches. Due to her success on the court and in the classroom, Muderrisoglu is a finalist for Academic All-American honors and advances to the national ballot.
