HICKORY, NC - The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse team has placed three individuals on the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-America Team.
Matthew Mancini was named to the Second Team while 
Evan Voss was a Third-Team honoree. Rounding out the trio was 
Josh Wright, who was an honorable mention at the long stick midfield position. 
Mancini proved himself as one of the best face off specialists in Division II this season, finishing third in the country with 248 face off wins at a .672 winning percentage. He now ranks second in program history for face off wins in a single season. He set a new school record and ranked second in the country with 162 ground balls at a 9.53 ground balls per game average. In addition to his face offs he also scored 10 goals and picked up one assist.
Voss will go down as one of the most accomplished players in Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse history. The senior and former NCAA Tournament MVP was second on the team with 52 points, coming off 25 goals and 47 assists. He is one of just three players to finish their LR career with over 100 assists (103) and ranks fifth in school history with exactly 200 career points. 
Wright started in 17 of Lenoir-Rhyne's 18 games this season, finishing with 46 ground balls and a team-leading 22 caused turnovers. A four-year player for the Bears, Wright was named to the All-SAC Second Team earlier this season.
