HICKORY, N.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne volleyball team will open Homecoming with a "Play for Ace" game on Friday vs. Mars Hill at 6:00 p.m.

The Bears and Lions are working to raise money for Haley Carter (Rhyne) and KT Carter, who's son Ace is waiting for a heart transplant. This game affects Lenoir-Rhyne as the Carters are both Lenoir-Rhyne graduates, with Haley playing volleyball and KT playing basketball. KT Carter currently sits as the head men's basketball coach at Mars Hill.
