Sophomore (2021): Did not play due to injury.

Freshman (2020): Played in five games, starting twice for the Bears . . . had four goals and three assists for seven points . . . had a hat trick in his first career game and added an assist in a 22-11 win over Young Harris on 2/9.

High School: Attended The Hill Academy. Lettered in lacrosse. Was a Geico High School National Champion.

Personal: Brett is from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Born April 11, 1998, to Jim and Page Newton.
