Sophomore (2019):  Appeared in 12 games for the Bears, starting 3.  Went 1 for 8 at the plate with a RBI on the year.

Freshman (2018): Appeared in 16 games for the Bears. Totaled 6 runs and 5 at bats for the season.

High School: Attended Father Lopez Catholic High School. Lettered in softball. Earned first honors in history and world religions.

Personal: Cherise is from Port Orange, Florida. Born January 8, 1999, to Heidi Trusso and Davis Cowosky.
