Biography

Senior (2021): Named Second Team All-Conference. Played and started in all 12 games and scored first career goal. Was second on the team with 27 ground balls and 21 caused turnovers. 

Junior (2020): Played and started in all six games for the Bears and finished with nine ground balls and six caused turnovers.

Sophomore (2019): Played and started in all 18 games for the Bears and was selected to the First Team All-Conference. Her 24 caused turnovers rank as the sixth most in a single season in program history. Finished with a team-high 35 ground balls and added eight draw controls. 

Freshman (2018): Played in 19 games for the Bears. Totaled 20 ground balls for the season. Was named All-SAC Honorable Mention.

High School: Attended Penn Yan Academy. Lettered in soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse. Earned Second-Team All-League honors for soccer and wrestling. Earned First-Team All-League honors for lacrosse.

Personal: Cassie is from Penn Yan, New York. Born March 3, 1999, to Bruce and Debbie Lafler.
