Nora Boerger

Nora Boerger is beginning her second year as an Assistant Coach for Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2018. 

Boerger comes to Lenoir-Rhyne after spending a season serving as an assistant coach for the University of Findlay (Ohio) in 2016.  With Findlay, Boerger was the defensive and goalkeepers coach and was an assistant director for the program's camps.

The Oilers earned a berth in the 2016 GLIAC Tournament Championship game while Sara Lankton earned NCAA Division II All-American honors.  Findlay went 12-8 on the season.

Boerger is currently Chair of the NCAA Division II Open Video Exchance Committee (OVEC) which provides oversight and management for all of the Division II Open Film Exchange and coordinates proper film exchange tactics between various D-II leagues.

Boerger also served as Coordinator of Performance Analysis at Ohio State University and Head Coach of Northstar Lacrosse Club (2014-15).  In the spring of 2015, Boerger was a Physical Preparation Coach at Donskov Strength and Conditioning.

Boerger graduated from Urbana University (Ohio) with a bachelor's of science degree in exercise science in 2013.  Boerger was an academic all-league honoree by the GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).

Boerger was a three-year captain for the Urbana Women's Lacrosse Team and was an honorable mention All-American by USAcollegelacrosse.com.  Boerger ranked sixth among Division II Independents in ground balls and 12th in caused turnovers.
