Senior (2020): Appeared in five games and started two finishing with two goals. She also added nine ground balls and 10 caused turnovers.

Junior (2019): Played in all 18 games, starting twice. Finished with seven goals and four assists to go with 22 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers. 

Sophomore (2018): Played in 19 games for the Bears. Scored a total of 23 points and 12 goals. Totaled 11 assists and 19 ground balls for the season.

Freshman (2017): Played in 19 games for the Bears. Scored a total of 13 points and 11 goals. Totaled 20 ground balls for the season.

High School: Attended Gulf Breeze High School. Lettered in golf, cross-country, basketball, and lacrosse. Was named 2016 Lacrosse Player of the Year.

Personal: Frances is from Gulf Breeze, Florida. Born May 29, 1998, to Jack and Kelly Williams.
