Junior Stevie Dellinger was one of three Lenoir-Rhyne University players to score three goals in a 16-2 victory over Adams State College Saturday evening in Eatonville, Fla.

Eatonville, Fla. - The Lenoir-Rhyne University Women's Lacrosse Team (6-7) made it three wins in a row with an easy 16-2 victory over Adams State College (Colo.) (0-8) Saturday evening at Hungerford Prep High School.

Three players - sophomore Sarah Minick (Marietta, Ga.), junior Stevie Dellinger (Morganton, N.C.) and freshman Hayley Beaty (Dallas, N.C.) - all scored three goals to lead the Bears to the convincing win.? Minick now has a team-leading 40 goals on the year.

Freshman Rachel Hall (Durham, N.C.) added two goals and an?assist for the Bears, who jumped out to a 10-0 lead before the Grizzlies were able to get on the board.

L-R also held a 32-9 advantage in shots taken and a 32-22 edge in ground balls.

Amanda Hisel (Conifer, Colo.) and Robyn Bushman (Aurora, Colo.) scored for Adams State in the loss.

Lenoir-Rhyne freshman goalkeeper Amanda Cotto (Fort Myers, Fla.) allowed just two goals while stopping four shots in picking up the win.? Adams State's Desi Rae Aguirre (Walsenburg, Colo.) suffered the loss despite making 10 saves.

Lenoir-Rhyne next takes on Regis (Colo.) Sunday in Eatonville, Fla., at 10:00 a.m.? L-R plays home again on Friday, April 29, against Limestone beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Moretz Stadium.
