Clearwater, Fla. – Both the Lenoir-Rhyne University Women's Swimming Team finished fifth at the Spartan Invitational which concluded Monday at the Long Center and hosted by the University of Tampa.
The Bears competed against five other teams: Indian River, Tampa, Nova Southeastern, Florida Southern and Rollins.
On the women's side, Lenoir-Rhyne racked up 181 points while Nova Southeastern prevailed as the team champion with 1,103 points.
Lenoir-Rhyne next hosts Queens and Limestone on Saturday, January 14, at 1:00 p.m., on campus at the Shuford Physical Education Center.
